As a Personal Health UKI Leader, you will be part of the Personal Health (PH) business, dedicated to improving billions of lives worldwide. In this role, you will lead the Sales, Marketing, Online Marketing, and Commercial Analytics teams, creating and implementing Marketing and Commercial Strategy in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UK&I) for all Personal Health categories: Mother & Childcare, Male Grooming, Beauty and Oral Healthcare. You will work towards creating a better and fairer future for all by tackling complex challenges posed by ever-evolving health and well-being needs. You are part of the Leadership team of Europe Personal Health and UK&I Hub.
Your role:
Drives focus on consumers, shoppers, customers and professional audience;
Develops UK&I Channel and Customer Go to Market strategy to drive superior presence across key channels;
Western Europe Personal Health;
Maximizes portfolio for the UK&I zone and executes the channelization and promotion strategy;
Develops and executes strong Joint Business Plans with top customers;
Secures strong collaboration end-to-end between region, zone and customers to drive impact with consumers;
Excels in organizational leadership and people development, driving employee engagement
Delivers the business performance on UK&I level and integrates Amazon and D2C channels for a holistic UK&I view;
Designs and executes UK&I marketing activation plans across ATL and BTL;
Executes excellent go-to-market execution in the UK&I with superior presence;
Builds a strong commercial organization with the right capabilities, talents, and engagement;
Drives overall engagement and culture norms within the Zone and as part of the overall
You're the right fit if:
10+ years of industry experience and a university degree;
Mastery level of commercial, customer-facing, or negotiation experiences (e.g., joint business planning, annual negotiations);
Advanced experience in developing local UK&I marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement and maximize media presence (i.e., developing marketing plans including demand generation/media / digital / PR, etc.);
Proficient experience in portfolio management (range and portfolio build-up, pricing & channelization);
Advanced experience in dealing with business acumen (e.g. P&L management);
Mastery level of understanding commercial landscape, retail dynamics and strategic account planning;
Advanced leadership with an enterprise mindset to guide others on areas of focus in end-to-end organization;
Mastery of the ability to inspire and lead teams, develop talent, and nurture an inspiring culture;
Have a Quality First mindset;
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English;
