Job Description
As a Physiotherapist, you will provide one-on-one support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls. You will apply a digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and manage patients with musculoskeletal disorders and pelvic health conditions. Additionally, you will deliver Group Learning webinars online, moderate in-app peer groups, and assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs. This role requires delivering the best possible patient care remotely within the UK, contributing to Sword Health's mission of freeing people from pain. You will work alongside a growing team of 900+ talented colleagues, with a focus on member empowerment and motivational engagement.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
- 3+ years clinical experience in musculoskeletal disorders
- Passion for personalized patient care
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities
- Handle pressure in fast-paced environment
- Commitment to data security and privacy
Good to have:
- Completion of pelvic health education course(s)
- Experience delivering behavioral support

Introduction:
We are hiring a Physiotherapist (PT), based in the UK, motivated by delivering the best possible patient care. This PT will join our team and will work remotely within the UK! If you'd like to be a part of what we're building, please apply.
What you'll be doing :
- Provide 1-to-1 support to members through message-based chat and phone/video calls;
- Apply our digital approach to surgical prehabilitation and the management of patients with musculoskeletal disorders and pelvic health conditions;
- Deliver Group Learning webinars online;
- Moderate in-app peer groups;
- Assist in the clinical validation of new therapeutic programs.
What you'll need to have:
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy;
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, including pelvic health conditions;
- A passion for personalised care that recognises the whole person, and views good health as more than just the absence of disease;
- Excellent interpersonal skills that come across even through a digital care workspace, translating in the ability to engage our members;
- Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with a strong focus on member empowerment, behavioural change, and motivational engagement;
- Hard-working and able to handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment;
- A strong commitment to data security and privacy.
A plus if you have experience in:
- Completion of additional formal pelvic health education course(s), such as level 1 pelvic coursework (or equivalent)
- Experience delivering behavioural support (e.g. addiction support, weight loss)
