About Team: We are the PICO OS Interaction and Sense Product Team, where we deliver cutting-edge interactive solutions for the PICO OS system. Our mission is to revolutionize human-computer interaction through innovative solutions. We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead our exploration of next-generation interaction technologies. Responsibilities: - Lead innovative research and exploration in XR human-computer interaction, including but not limited to voice commands, gesture control, full-body tracking, novel input methods, and wearable devices. - Develop and define groundbreaking HCI prototypes, driving early-stage research, validation, and proof-of-concept initiatives. - Conduct user research and analyze feedback to continuously refine and enhance the user experience of our HCI products. - Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and research teams to transform HCI innovations into viable products, ensuring a balance between cutting-edge technology and practical implementation. - Stay at the forefront of HCI advancements, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform our product strategy and maintain our competitive edge. - Lead the creation of white papers, research reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, with a focus on emerging technologies or XR products. - Demonstrated expertise in HCI technologies such as natural language processing, computer vision, haptics, or brain-computer interfaces.Strong understanding of XR technologies (AR, VR, MR) and their applications in various industries. - Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products from concept to market.Excellent prototyping skills and familiarity with rapid prototyping tools and methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly products. - Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.Experience with agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management. Preferred Qualifications - Published research or patents in HCI or related fields. - Experience with machine learning and AI technologies as applied to HCI. - Familiarity with human factors and ergonomics in XR environments. 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165000 - $414000 annually.​
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
