As a PICO Retail Account Manager - EU, you'll build and maintain relationships with key retail partners in the UK and EU. Responsibilities include managing inventory, forecasting, internal processes, collaborating with sales & marketing, optimizing channel efficiency, implementing sales plans, and exceeding sales quotas. You'll be the primary contact for retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies and exceptional customer experiences. The role requires strong relationship management, data analysis, and experience in consumer electronics or retail distribution.

Team introduction The Pico consumer retail team will ensure that Pico devices are available through all major retail channels with competitive retail placement and promotional opportunities. This team will be the first touchpoint for many customers and the Pico brand you get to learn and develop along with some of the best talent in the industry. Our ambition is to open Virtual Reality to the largest audience possible by ensuring new users can get expert reviews, excellent retail experience, and even in-store demo experiences at select locations. Role intro: In the Retail Account Manager role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong relationships with our key retail partners in the UK and the EU, driving the seamless execution of our sales strategies. Your mission will be to connect our cutting-edge XR solutions with the needs of retailers, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities: - Serves as lead contact responsible for all day-to-day business through UK & EU retail partners. - Manage inventory levels and advise product forecasts for retail partners. - End to end management of all internal processes related to managed accounts. - Work closely with PICO consumer sales & marketing teams to manage pipelines for UK and EU retail partners in both territories. - Optimize the overall operation efficiency of the channel, improve budget planning and production effect management, and timely review and adjust business ideas from the perspective of data analytics. - Implement annual/quarterly sales & marketing plans to drive incremental growth, achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility. - Develop and manage relationships with key executives, decision makers, influencers.
Qualifications
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role within consumer electronics, retail distribution or supply chain. - Proven experience and success in retail channel sales operations and business growth. - Knowledge and experience of working with UK and or EU retailers - Ability to work at pace & adapt to the needs of the organisation. - Good excel skills. - End-to-end sales experience, including business development, and account management. Preferred Qualifications - As some of the retail partners are based in Germany, German language skills would be beneficial. - Experience working for or in partnership with consumer electronic businesses. - Prior experience working in a start-up or a comparable entrepreneurial environment, XR industry experience preferred but not essential. - Proven experience managing multiple retail accounts within the EU region. - Passionate about XR technologies and the industry, able to keep up to date with products and market trends.
