Job Description
Smilegate Holdings is seeking a Platform QA Engineer to join their CTO Division. This role involves ensuring the quality of their STOVE platform, a global game distribution and service platform. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive quality plans and executing testing activities, establishing quality control strategies based on requirements and user stories, utilizing various techniques for functional and non-functional quality management, managing defects using issue tracking tools, and testing the integration and interactions between services. The ideal candidate will also actively participate in improving QA processes, collaborating with different teams to enhance development processes and risk management, and suggesting new technologies and tools for optimization. Experience in software QA (minimum 3 years), understanding of QA methodologies and tools, and experience managing quality across multiple platforms (Mobile, Web, PC) are essential.
Must have:
- 3+ years Software QA experience
- QA methodologies & tools expertise
- Multi-platform quality management (Mobile, Web, PC)
- Risk management & process improvement
- Defect tracking & management tools proficiency
Good to have:
- Computer Science/Software Engineering degree
- Programming/scripting skills
- Experience with various testing tools (performance, automation, security)
- Automation design & API testing experience
- DevOps & CI/CD understanding

플랫폼QA팀은 플랫폼 구축/운영 업무와 관련된 다양한 프로젝트를 수행하고 플랫폼 전반의 품질 관리 활동을 전개하고 있습니다.
본 포지션은 품질 정책을 기반으로 안정적이고 신뢰도 있는 플랫폼을 만들기 위한 목표를 실현시키는데 기여할 인재를 찾고 있습니다.
1. STOVE 플랫폼의 품질관리 업무
- 플랫폼 기능에 대한 종합적인 품질 계획 및 Testing 활동
- 요구사항 설계 문서 및 사용자 스토리를 기반으로 품질 관리 전략 수립 및 실행
- 다양한 기법/도구를 활용한 기능/비기능적 품질 관리
- Issue 추적 도구를 활용한 결함 관리 및 보고
- 서비스 간의 통합 및 상호 작용을 테스트하고 문제점 분석 및 해결
2. 품질 개선 활동
- 플랫폼 기획/개발/운영 등 다양한 팀과 협력하여 개발 프로세스 개선 및 Risk 관리
- QA 프로세스 최적화를 위한 새로운 기술 및 도구 제안
- 반복적인 작업 자동화 및 효율성 증대를 위한 전략 수립
자격요건
- Software QA 경력 3년 이상
- QA 방법론, 도구 및 품질 관리 활동에 대한 이해 및 경험
- 다양한 platform 환경의 품질 관리 경험 (Mobile, Web, PC Application)
- 서비스 품질 리스크 사항 도출 및 관리/개선 활동 경험
- 효율적인 문제 추적 및 관리 툴 사용 경험
우대사항
- 컴퓨터공학/소프트웨어 공학 또는 관련 전공자
- 프로그래밍 또는 스크립트 언어 활용 능력
- 다양한 Test tool 활용 경험 (성능, 자동화, 보안 등)
- 자동화 설계 실행 및 API 테스트 적용 경험 보유
- DevOps 및 CI/CD 환경 이해
