The Platform Specialist Head of Industry will lead a team of Platform Specialists, supporting their growth and development. The candidate should have experience in client-facing account management and be accountable for leading and developing strategic accounts in the Leisure vertical in the Americas. This involves optimizing client campaigns to meet business goals and building long-term partnerships. The role also includes collaborating with Client Partners, regional colleagues, and key stakeholders, providing market feedback on products. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry should promote an inclusive team culture to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Job Details
The Platform Specialist Head of Industry will manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop and continue to build their book of business. The ideal candidate will have experience with hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading, growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Leisure vertical in AMR. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry and team do this via making recommendations to clients about how to best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership. You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Head of Industry and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry should drive an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The Platform Specialist team are critical to the continued growth and success of our business and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to manage a talented team of Platform Specialists!
