The Platform Specialist Head of Industry will manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop and continue to build their book of business. The ideal candidate will have experience with hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading, growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Leisure vertical in AMR. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry and team do this via making recommendations to clients about how to best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership. You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Head of Industry and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry should drive an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
