Job Description

Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa is hosting a Cast Member Referral Event for a Pool/Recreation Host/Hostess position. This full-time role requires full availability seven days a week, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities include providing exceptional guest service, ensuring the highest standards are met, and creating magical experiences with aloha. Both English and Japanese-speaking roles are available. The event is an opportunity to learn more about the position and the resort. Successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment within the pool and recreation areas while actively engaging with guests. The hourly rate is $26.95, and select benefits may be offered.

Must have:

Full-Time requires full availability seven (7) days per week, including early morning, late nights, weekends and holidays.
Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
