Job Summary
Job Description
The job involves managing shippers within a station's area based on company KPIs. Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries between dispatch and drivers, assigning tasks to delivery personnel, and monitoring their adherence to delivery schedules. The role also requires assisting shippers with any issues during delivery, ensuring all dispatched goods are processed correctly in the app and system, and verifying goods against manifests or the system. The manager will oversee daily deliveries to prevent backlogs, manage inventory at the station to prevent loss or damage, and ensure equipment is maintained according to safety and hygiene regulations. Additionally, the position requires supporting other tasks as assigned by management.
Must have:

Mô tả công việc
- Quản lý shipper trong khu vực trạm quản lý theo tiêu chí KPI của công ty;
- Điều phối giao nhận hàng giữa giao hàng và tài xế, bàn giao hàng cho nhân viên giao hàng.
- Giám sát shipper: đảm bảo shipper hoàn thành tuyến giao hàng đúng thời gian;
- Hỗ trợ shipper và xử lý sự cố trong quá trình giao hàng;
- Đảm bảo tất cả hàng hóa giao đi đều được xử lý trên App và hệ thống;
- Kiểm đếm hàng hóa theo biên bản hoặc trên hệ thống;
- Giám sát hàng hóa được giao trong ngày, đảm bảo hàng hóa phải được giao đến khách hàng, không để tồn kho;
- Lưu trữ hàng hóa tại trạm, đảm bảo không thất lạc hoặc hư hỏng;
- Quản lý thiết bị, tuân thủ quy định về vệ sinh và an toàn tại trạm.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên
- Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng cơ bản
- Có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí tương đương trong ngành vận tải là một lợi thế.

Thời gian làm việc: Thời gian làm việc: Thứ 2 - Thứ 7 (7h - 18h)
