This Spring Internship is from January through May 30th (start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules) and all candidates must be able to work part-time hours (10-29 a week). Our offices are open Monday through Friday, 9-6 pm. This position is ideal for a student enrolled in an accredited college or university. A hybrid work structure may or may not be available. 

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

Sony Pictures Classics acquires, produces, and distributes films from North America and around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Maintaining an extensive archive database of film materials

- Performing QC checks on screeners and trailer cards

- Assist in bill pay coding and entry

- Market research projects

- Administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Strong administrative skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

- A knowledge of American independent & International films

The anticipated base salary for this position is $19/hour. This role may also qualify for comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
