At Iceberg Interactive, we believe that great games deserve great stories, and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a passionate PR Manager who’s already plugged into the press and content creator scene, to help craft the marketing narratives around our growing portfolio of cool indie titles, from the cozy, occult mysteries of Strange Horticulture to the thrilling high seas of Blazing Sails, working from our office in Haarlem, NL.

This role is responsible for leading the execution of public relations strategies across Iceberg Interactive’s diverse indie portfolio. As the primary point of contact for media & content creators, the PR Manager will play a key role in shaping how our games are seen and talked about. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, skilled relationship builder, and confident storyteller who can balance creative vision with strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute creative PR strategies for our games across global markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with press, content creators, and influencers.
• Research opportunities and trends to elevate our games’ visibility.
• Write and distribute press materials, including press releases, fact sheets, and review guides.
• Coordinate the distribution of promotional keys via email and third-party platforms (Lurkit).
• Organize press previews, interviews, hands-on sessions, and special events.(eg: Gamescom, Game Showcases, etc)
• Track media coverage, viewership, and engagement metrics — and report insights to the wider marketing team

Who You Are:

• A graduate or professional with 2+ years of experience in the games industry — ideally in PR, journalism, or marketing & communication.
• Deeply passionate about indie games, from experimental projects to breakout successes.
• An excellent communicator and writer with a keen eye for storytelling.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office and database tools.
• A confident user of Discord, Reddit, Twitch, YouTube, and social media platforms.
• Understanding of / experience with Guerrilla Marketing Tactics.

Bonus Points For:

• Decent contact list of press, content creators, and influencers.
• Experience with professional PR tools.
• Previous work on influencer campaigns or streamer relations. 
• Familiarity with indie publishing environments.
