Mattel's Frankfurt office seeks an intern for Key Account Management (February/March 2025, minimum 6 months). Responsibilities include managing tasks and sub-projects in sales, creating offers for promotions and in-store activities, handling customer inquiries, supporting customer relations, analyzing product portfolio performance, presenting new products to clients, tracking delivery performance, and participating in trade shows. The ideal candidate is a Business Administration/Economics/Business Informatics student with excellent English and German skills, strong communication and analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Job Description

Deine Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Du übernimmst eigenständig und verantwortungsvoll Aufgabenstellungen sowie Teilprojekte im Sales – Key Account Management für Kunden Deines Teams (z.B. Warenhäuser, Drogerie- und Supermärkte)
  • Du erstellst Angebote für Promotions oder In-Store-Aktivitäten
  • Du bearbeitest direkte Kundenanfragen, unterstützt bei der Betreuung von Kunden und nimmst an Kundenterminen teil
  • Du analysierst eigenständig die Performance des Produktportfolios der Kunden am Markt
  • Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Vorstellung der Produktneuheiten beim Kunden mit
  • Du trackst die Lieferperformance unserer Artikel
  • Du nimmst an verschiedenen Messen teil

Qualifications

Was solltest Du idealerweise mitbringen?

  • Du bist Student:in der BWL/Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Du hast bestenfalls erste Erfahrung mit Kundenbetreuung oder auch im Sales oder Key Account Management sammeln können
  • Du hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke und offene Person mit guter Auffassungsgabe
  • Du hast gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Du hast eine selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
