Presentation Specialist

We’re hiring a Presentation Designer for an exciting remote opportunity with one of our top clients in the financial services sector—a role where your creativity and design expertise will directly support business growth and client engagement.

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of visual storytelling, transforming complex data and concepts into visually compelling materials. You’ll develop a wide range of deliverables—including pitchbooks, proposals, brochures, infographics, and financial statements—that align with brand standards and meet the needs of diverse internal and external audiences. Your attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will make you a valuable asset to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute presentation and graphic design requests, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and timely delivery
  (Must include portfolio samples of presentations in financial services)

• Use advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite to create, edit, and annotate a variety of visual and multimedia assets

• Work independently to prioritize and manage multiple projects with efficiency and accuracy

• Build strong working relationships with clients, global teams, and internal partners to enhance design outcomes

• Continuously improve design quality by incorporating feedback and developing innovative creative solutions

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the deal process and banker roles to better tailor documents and enhance service delivery

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of professional experience in corporate-level presentation design

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Strong grasp of design principles, visual communication strategies, and infographic storytelling

• Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, flexible, and collaborative with a positive, professional approach

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Dreamweaver, Premiere, After Effects, Photography, ArcGIS, 3D Modeling, Illustration, or Animation is a plus
