The Preventative Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of bingo games by managing technical issues and providing excellent customer service. This part-time role involves powering up and shutting down the bingo system, troubleshooting technical problems, managing client invoicing, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for customers. The technician must possess basic computer knowledge, technical problem-solving skills, reliability, strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. The role is located at Chestnut Bingo Hall.
Must have:

- Manage and resolve technical issues during bingo games.
- Be dependable and meet job expectations consistently.

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for customer service? We’re looking for a Bingo System Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll ensure our bingo games run smoothly, manage technical issues, and keep customers smiling throughout their experience.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Power up the bingo system and all related equipment at the start of each shift.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that come up during games.
- Safely shut down the system and store electronics at the end of the night.
- Handle client invoicing with accuracy and professionalism.
- Keep a positive attitude and ensure customers are having a great time!
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Basic Computer Knowledge: Ability to operate and troubleshoot computer systems related to the bingo software.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Comfortable managing and resolving any technical issues that may arise during bingo games.
- Reliability: Dependable in managing responsibilities, showing up on time, and consistently meeting job expectations.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills and a positive attitude to keep customers happy and ensure a smooth experience.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage system startup, shutdown, and invoicing with accuracy.
- Organizational Skills: Capable of keeping track of equipment and ensuring it’s properly stored and maintained at the end of the night.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18 - $21/hr.
