We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

This role will be a member of the Pricing Operations team and is great way to get exposure to FinTech and PayPal. Responsibilities will include

• Develop a complete understanding of pricing engine capabilities and price to contract process as it relates to SMB, LE, and GA merchants. Strives to 100% accuracy and improve efficiency. 
• Educate and collaborate with our business partners: sales, CSM and deal pricing on troubleshooting pricing engine challenges, limitations and explaining transaction fees.
• May be assigned to assist with escalations brought to the team that need to be handled urgently and carefully
• Works with sales and CSMs on complex, priority pricing related refunds from start to finish: helping identify, resolve, and document the pricing error to issuing the payout 
• Owner of pricing operations process that support specialty merchants, and assists with projects that support negotiated pricing deal
• Follows all compliance procedures and controls for pricing requests 
• Looks for process gaps and opportunities to improve our process efficiency and accuracy
• Assists with testing system enhancements
• Helps maintain documentation and follows all compliance procedures and controls for pricing request
