Responsibilities

Calculate cost per lanes based on historical data of operation performances
Create summary of cost card per lanes in company
Create rate scheme which is rate will differentiate based on lanes & parcel weight
Estimate cost per lanes, consider competitor rate to set up publish rate & Calculate rate margin from cost to estimate company margin
Bridging between top management and ops function team related cost initiatives or trend
Monitor and adjust Ops KPI and Incentives based on performance
Monitor and adjust Ops Payscheme that reflect fairness to both company and courier

Requirements

2 - 3 years experience as Data Analyst, Market Research, or Operation Analyst
Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
Understanding research methods & data analyst tools (Excel, SQL, Solver, Tableu)
Detail oriented, and data driven
Problem solver and structure thinking
Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
