Responsibilities
- Calculate cost per lanes based on historical data of operation performances
- Create summary of cost card per lanes in company
- Create rate scheme which is rate will differentiate based on lanes & parcel weight
- Estimate cost per lanes, consider competitor rate to set up publish rate & Calculate rate margin from cost to estimate company margin
- Bridging between top management and ops function team related cost initiatives or trend
- Monitor and adjust Ops KPI and Incentives based on performance
- Monitor and adjust Ops Payscheme that reflect fairness to both company and courier
Requirements
- 2 - 3 years experience as Data Analyst, Market Research, or Operation Analyst
- Curiosity and eager to learn in a fast paced environment also self learn under minimal direction
- Understanding research methods & data analyst tools (Excel, SQL, Solver, Tableu)
- Detail oriented, and data driven
- Problem solver and structure thinking
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skill
