L'équipe Autodesk Global Consulting Delivery est à la recherche d'une personne talentueuse et dynamique pour rejoindre notre groupe Architecture and Engineering Services en Amérique du Nord en tant que consultant principal. Responsabilités

  • Travailler avec les plus grands clients d'Autodesk pour définir des stratégies et des solutions innovantes en matière de conception, d'ingénierie et de gestion des bâtiments afin de garantir la plus grande valeur possible de leur investissement dans Autodesk

  • Travailler avec les équipes de comptes Autodesk pour définir les plans de réussite des clients et les engagements des clients pour fournir ces stratégies et solutions

  • Travailler avec l'équipe de gestion de projet d'Autodesk Consulting pour assurer une livraison exceptionnelle par rapport au plan de réussite du client

  • Façonner l'offre de services d'Autodesk Consulting et la manière dont elle est fournie

  • Interagir avec les leaders d'opinion au sein d'Autodesk et au-delà, pour soutenir et façonner l'offre de produits Autodesk

  • Être un partenaire commercial de confiance pour les clients et les équipes internes d'Autodesk

  • Développer et fournir des solutions commerciales et technologiques réellement innovantes qui ont un impact stratégique sur les clients d'Autodesk

  • Aider les clients d'Autodesk à conduire des changements transformationnels en s'appuyant sur des méthodologies éprouvées de gestion du changement

  • Animer des ateliers avec les clients d'Autodesk afin d'identifier les opportunités de solutions et de favoriser l'alignement sur les voies de solutions

  • Diriger ou aider à la création de produits de haute qualité en matière de conception, d'ingénierie et de gestion opérationnelle pour les clients

  • Définir et suivre la valeur des solutions fournies aux clients, et aider à documenter l'impact de l'investissement du client dans Autodesk Consulting

  • Diriger et/ou participer au développement d'offres nouvelles et élargies dans le cadre d'un portefeuille complet de prestations de conseil

  • Construire la marque Autodesk Consulting en démontrant un leadership éclairé dans l'industrie, c'est-à-dire en faisant des présentations à l'Autodesk University et à d'autres événements de l'industrie, en publiant des articles et des documents de position sur les tendances de l'industrie, etc

  • Diriger les efforts de livraison des projets, en veillant à ce que les membres de l'équipe atteignent le plus haut niveau de qualité et de professionnalisme

  • Encadrer le personnel subalterne dans les techniques d'engagement des clients, y compris la gestion du changement, la réflexion stratégique et critique, l'animation d'ateliers et la communication efficace

  • Donner des conseils sur l'estimation des projets et participer aux activités de développement commercial

Qualifications minimales

  • Licence en architecture, en gestion de la construction, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe

  • Au moins sept (7) ans d'expérience pratique dans le secteur de la construction (produits Autodesk de préférence), axée sur le développement, la gestion et/ou la fourniture de solutions numériques de conception, d'ingénierie et de gestion au sein d'une entreprise

  • Faire preuve d'excellence en matière de réflexion stratégique, d'innovation, de gestion de programme, de gestion du changement, d'optimisation des processus d'entreprise et de communication

  • Démontrer sa capacité à animer des ateliers de travail avec les clients en utilisant diverses techniques

  • faire preuve d'initiative et de capacité à prendre des décisions et à clore des dossiers

  • Capacité avérée à travailler avec diverses équipes techniques, commerciales et de gestion de projet

  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante pour respecter les délais

  • Avoir une solide connaissance pratique des processus du cycle de développement des logiciels et de la manière d'opérer dans le cadre d'une gestion de projet structurée

  • posséder d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication écrite et orale, y compris une expérience de la conduite d'ateliers, de l'animation de réunions et de la réalisation de présentations efficaces à l'intention des équipes et des clients

Position Overview

The Autodesk Global Consulting Delivery team is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our Architecture and Engineering Services group in North America as a Principal Consultant.  As a key member of the Consulting Delivery team, the successful candidate will have experience defining and deploying innovative strategies and solutions to leverage digital design, delivery, and management as a competitive advantage, leading transformational change at the enterprise level, and building stronger, more effective organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Autodesk’s largest customers to define innovative Building design, engineering, and management strategies and solutions to ensure the greatest possible value from their Autodesk investment

  • Work with Autodesk account teams to define Customer Success Plans and customer engagements to deliver those strategies and solutions

  • Work with the Autodesk Consulting Project Management team to ensure exceptional delivery against the Customer Success Plan

  • Shape the Autodesk Consulting service offering and how it is delivered

  • Interface with thought leaders within Autodesk, and beyond, to support and shape the Autodesk product offering

  • Be a trusted business partner to customers and internal Autodesk teams

  • Develop and deliver truly innovative business and technology solutions that have a strategic impact on Autodesk customers

  • Help Autodesk customers drive transformational change by leveraging proven change management methodologies

  • Lead facilitated workshops with Autodesk customers to identify solution opportunities and drive alignment on solution paths

  • Lead or assist in the creation of high-quality design, engineering, and operational management deliverables for customers

  • Define and track the value of solutions delivered to customers, and help document the impact of customer investment in Autodesk Consulting

  • Lead and/or participate in the development around new and expanded offerings as part of a comprehensive consulting delivery portfolio

  • Build the Autodesk Consulting brand by demonstrating thought leadership within the industry, i.e. presenting at Autodesk University and other industry events, publishing articles and position papers on industry trends, etc.

  • Lead project delivery efforts, ensuring team members perform to the highest level of quality and professionalism

  • Mentor junior staff in successful customer engagement techniques, including change management, strategic and critical thinking, workshop facilitation, and effective communication

  • Advise on project estimation and participate in business development activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the Buildings industry (Autodesk products highly preferred), with a focus on the development, management and/or delivery of digital design, engineering, and management solutions across a business enterprise

  • Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications

  • Demonstrate ability to facilitate customer workshops leveraging a variety of techniques

  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to drive decisions and closure on issues

  • Proven ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams

  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines

  • Must have a solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and how to operate under structured project management

  • Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and delivering effective presentations to teams and customers

  • Must be able to break down complex topics into a common language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences

  • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including international travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Building design, engineering, construction, and management industry practices, key industry and technology focus areas would be:

    • Architecture

    • BIM for Industrial Uses

    • Facility Ownership & Management (BIM for Owners)

    • Fabrication & Industrial Construction

    • Data Science & Advanced Analytics

    • Generative Design, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning

  • Advanced experience developing and enabling workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners

  • Advanced experience leveraging Autodesk products such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360 (all modules), Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Civil3D, Infraworks, etc.

  • Experience in developing and sustaining a digital design and delivery solution portfolio

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,100 and $184,580. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
