At Guerrilla, our Producers stand as the cornerstone of our development process, constantly pushing boundaries and seeking new approaches. As a Principal Cinematics Producer, you'll help shape our cinematic experiences, by spearheading efficiency enhancements and driving fresh production methodologies.
What you will do:
Reporting directly to the Project Lead Producer, you'll hold a pivotal position within our dynamic cross-functional team, coordinating narrative content. Collaborating closely with Project Direction and diverse production units, your responsibilities encompass process refinement, database management, status reporting, schedule input, budget oversight, and fostering seamless communication.
As a Principal Cinematics Producer, we will look to you to:
- Direct daily operations of the team, monitoring progress and generating comprehensive reports.
- Partner with cinematic direction and department leads to craft critical initiatives.
- Drive the evolution of existing processes and explore innovative methodologies.
- Organize reviews, document feedback, and streamline JIRA workflows.
- Liaise with the Production team to ensure content coherence and optimal resource allocation.
- Mentor and manage members of the cinematic production team to foster growth and efficiency.
- Identify impediments and anticipate risks to proactively mitigate challenges.
- Facilitate inter-departmental collaboration, bridging gaps between art, VFX, lighting, audio, writing, and world design.
Who you Are
- You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in the game or film industry, including at least one full cycle shipped title.
- Your expertise spans the entire cinematic pipeline, encompassing facial scanning, rigging, animation, shot selection, and scene layout.
- You demonstrate a high level of technical proficiency and enthusiasm for leveraging proprietary toolsets and engines.
- You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment, embracing adaptability and embracing revisions to enhance game quality.
- With strong oral and written English communication skills, you excel at tracking work, mitigating risk, and ensuring effective communication throughout your team.
- Your ability to communicate seamlessly with artistic and technical teams sets you apart.
- You seamlessly move between hands-on problem-solving and strategic planning, maintaining focus on overarching goals.
Plusses:
- Experience with talent casting, voice recording schedules, and dialogue teams is a bonus.
