Responsibilities include developing and maintaining high-level Saama solution knowledge, researching and soliciting potential clients, managing client relationships (C-suite to Directors), meeting quarterly revenue goals, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate possesses 15+ years of experience in client relationship and engagement management within the data and analytics space, specifically within Life Sciences, and a proven ability to close new deals. Strong understanding of Saama's solutions and industry competition, territory management skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. The role includes proactively managing escalations, creating account management plans, conducting business reviews, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
