Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project management is needed to characterize processes to produce products.
- Lead the discussion and decision on new technology introduction with the HDD team.
- Responsible for managing and driving failure analysis and characterization experiments, and providing recommendations based on data analysis results.
- Electrical performance data analysis.
- Component data qualification.
- Process Data and Failure Analysis
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Electronics, Engineering or Physical Sciences, Physics, or related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the Electronics Industry.
- Having experience in Slider Fab Process or Hard Drive Technology would be an advantage.
PREFERRED:
- Process Development background, Project management
- Data analytics by Jmp
- SQL, Python, or Power IB will be an advantage
SKILLS:
- Able to work independently and stand-alone, strong leadership, and good team player
- Passion and innovative
- Demonstrate a high-to-fluent level of English proficiency (spoken/reading/written).
- Proficient in high-level communication and presentation
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
