We focus on critical processes such as preparing individuals for OnCall duties, managing incidents, and conducting thorough Postmortem reviews after incidents occur. Additionally, we oversee Change Management, meticulously tracking which bits are deployed to production and how they impact the system. Process Automation: Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions to streamline incident management, change management, and other critical processes, enhancing efficiency and reliability. 

Collaboration and Communication: Foster seamless coordination and alignment on project goals by working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and customer support. 

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance the overall quality and performance of the team. 

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team. 

Roadmap Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of well-defined roadmaps, ensuring that the team meets its milestones and delivers high-quality solutions on time.
