Maverick Games seeks a Principal Game Designer to collaborate with the Creative Director in defining project vision and features for a new AAA open-world IP. Responsibilities include leading the design of key features and primary gameplay content, utilizing industry-leading tools, championing the game vision, mentoring junior designers, and creating thrilling gameplay. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and empowered to take risks, pushing the boundaries of video game design. The role offers a hybrid workplace in Warwick.
