We're looking for an experienced Principal Professional Service Consultant to join our Professional Services team. Reporting to the Senior Manager Professional Services, you'll be responsible for:
- Being a customer's 'Go-To' resource for all matters related to their ZS deployment
- Delivering best practices guidance for managing ZS deployment
- Helping with customer specific requirements and provide solutions
- Answering questions about the product capabilities, features and configuration
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 15+ years' experience for this role in similar positions (Professional service consultant, Network/Security specialist, Technical Account Manager, Support/Escalation Engineer or a SOC Engineer)
- Working knowledge of authentication systems such as SAML, LDAP and MS Active Directory
- Experienced in Network and Security solutions and customer facing/field role
- Exerienced in deploying, maintaining or troubleshooting networking, firewall and security solutions in enterprise environments is important
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Zscaler solutions – ZIA, ZPA
- Knowledge of solutions built on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, other leading cloud platforms and industry certifications such as Cisco, Juniper, and Palo
- Knowledge of Hypervisors: VMware, Hyper-V and KVM
