Role And Responsibilities
As a Principal Software Engineer : You will Design the code, Unit test, Debug, Code Review, implement and document complex software with minimal supervision. Responsible for driving and leading projects in collaboration with internal and/or external customers. Optimizing algorithms, identifying and removing performance bottlenecks in existing software. Lead engineer for key technical projects and programs. Interacting with various stakeholders to define and develop workflow solutions. Participating in meetings and performing software demonstrations for stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in streams like CS/IT/E&C with 70% or CGPA 7
Experience: 7-10 years of experience
Skills: (Technical & Behavioural)
- Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and libraries like Angular 8.0+
- Experience with back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, etc.) and databases (SQL server, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with AWS cloud platform
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Construct server-side logic, manage databases, and ensure application security, scalability, and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Behavioural Skills: Should have strong verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, accountability, strategic orientation, take initiative, learnability, problem-solving skills and attention to details
Desirable But Not Mandatory
- Knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Experience with GraphQL and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Printing domain experience
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Exposure to Agile Software development Life Cycle
