The Production Coordinator Junior is a full-time position responsible for processing online orders in the Ship To Your Door and Vehicle Wraps Production modules, and providing backup for the Direct Mail Module. This role involves supporting clients and vendors by handling order inquiries, quality control sign-offs, and monitoring on-time delivery. Responsibilities include processing online orders, facilitating vendor communications, troubleshooting issues, alerting customer service about quality issues, performing preflight checks, communicating with vendors, documenting vendor KPI feedback, and using software such as ZenDesk, Ansira App, Adobe Pitstop, and Harvest. This role also handles vendor application management, places online/offline orders, and provides commercial invoices.
Must have:
  • Fluent in English with reading and writing abilities.
  • Minimum 2 years of print knowledge.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to follow company procedures and multitask.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software.
  • Familiarity with traditional print production workflows.
  • Prepress skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite software.
  • Detail-oriented.

Job Details

The Production Coordinator Junior is a full-time position for a critical team member that is primarily responsible for processing online orders in the Ship To Your Door and Vehicle Wraps Production modules, and back up for the Direct Mail Module. This individual is also responsible for supporting our clients and vendors by handling order inquiries, quality control sign-offs and monitoring on-time delivery performance from our vendors.

Responsibilities:

● Process and release online orders to vendors within the Ship To Your Door

● Process and release online orders to vendors within the Vehicle Wrap Vendor

● Facilitate communications between Vendor contact(s)

● Troubleshoot and problem solve independently and quickly

● Alert customer service quality issues using zendesk

● Perform preflight and fix and catch file issues using pitstop prior to releasing to vendor(s)

● Communicate to various vendors on job assignments, sign off on vendor proofs (QC reports), quality control checks and managing the vendor portal

● Document Vendor KPI feedback to Team Lead of Production

● Effectively use ZenDesk, Ansira App, Adobe Pit stop and Harvest software

● Responsible for Vendor Application management efficiency

● Place Online/Offline orders to offline vendor portals

● Back up Mid Level Production Coordinator in Direct Mail portal

● Facilitate communications between Vendor contact(s)

● Troubleshoot and problem solve independently and quickly

● Schedule drop shipments for Every Door Direct Mail / Direct Mail orders and provide all documentation to mail vendors as a back-up

● Alert customer service quality issues using zendesk

● Manage client vendor orders and relationship with stakeholders as back up

● Provide commercial invoices to vendors as needed

● Manage oneself and represent Ansira professionally

● Learn all Ansira softwares

Requirements:

● Must be fluent in English which includes the ability to read and write

● Strong print knowledge (Minimum of 2 years’ experience)

● Strong communication and follow-up skills

● Ability to follow company procedures and multitask through various modules and platforms

● Ability to learn new technologies, softwares and computers quickly

● Familiar with traditional print production workflows and vendor capabilities

● Prepress skills

● Knowledge of Adobe Suite software

● Detail oriented
