PRINT PRODUCER - APAC
We are seeking an experienced Print Producer to join our client’s Marketing Production team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, working in-person at our Mumbai location. As a Print Producer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and technical delivery—essential to our client’s marketing campaigns across the APAC region.

- Ideally start in November or ASAP
- WFO, need to be local as they will be working from WTS / client office
- Mon – Fri work week
The ideal candidate is highly organized and comfortable wearing multiple hats, with a meticulous eye for detail. This attention to detail is crucial in executing the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee the finishing, adaptation, and localization processes for a variety of marketing key art and out-of-home (OOH) assets.
● Collaborate closely with the client to provide technical and creative direction, offering feedback and support for all titles assigned to our client.
● Ensure the core marketing creative intent is reflected in the artwork assets and finishing processes for APAC campaigns.
● Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to streamline workflow in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met.
● Assist in quality control, acting as the brand steward for the client on all assigned marketing production campaigns.
● Plan timelines for review and feedback on multiple file formats/assets per project.
● Coordinate asset delivery, managing file organization, tech spec guidance, and keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
● Create and manage asset delivery decks for large and some medium-sized title campaigns.
● Brief internal and external localization teams on the production of adaptations and localized assets (from master files to different ratio formats and languages), tracking progress and supporting production as needed for large and medium title exports.
About You:
● 5+ years of experience in a print and digital production environment with advanced-level pre-press process knowledge.
● Excellent communication skills with strong command of English, both verbal and written.
● Deep understanding of artwork workflows, formats, technical specifications, and quality control processes.
● Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
● Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
● A positive attitude, willingness to be a supportive team player, and comfort in a client-centric environment.
● Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional teams.
COMPENSATION:
Please note that the below range is payable via day rate (not hourly). Also note that all freelance work is paid via W2 payroll at Trailer Park Group.
