As a Procurement Specialist, you will manage strategic sourcing and procurement activities across various categories including Communications, Commercial, Corporate Functions, HR, Marketing, and others. Your role is crucial in supporting business areas by ensuring governance, driving cost optimization, and streamlining procurement processes. This involves managing purchase requisitions, supporting contract negotiations, ensuring policy compliance, and leading RFP processes to enhance workload distribution, service quality, and strategic focus within the Procurement team. You will also contribute to business continuity and act as a key negotiator.
Must have:
  • Manage sourcing for Communications, Commercial, Corporate Functions, Finance, HR, Marketing.
  • Lead negotiations and contract management with suppliers.
  • Structure and drive RFP processes.
  • Develop category strategies.
  • Support process improvement initiatives.
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Higher Education on Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or related field.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Cross-category sourcing experience.
  • Hands-on attitude, high ownership, and accountability.

Let's start with the role

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing strategic sourcing initiatives and procurement activities across key categories including Communications, Commercial, Corporate Functions, HR, Marketing, and others. You will play a critical role in supporting business areas by ensuring governance, driving cost optimization, and streamlining procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include managing purchase requisitions, supporting contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and leading RFP processes. This position is essential to improving workload distribution, enhancing service quality, and enabling greater strategic focus within the Procurement team. Additionally, your role will contribute to business continuity by providing dedicated support and acting as a key negotiator alongside the current team.

As a Procurement Specialist you will:

  • Manage sourcing activities for the categories of Communications, Commercial, Corporate Functions, Finance, HR, and Marketing, ensuring alignment with business needs;
  • Lead negotiations and contract management with suppliers to secure the best possible commercial terms, service quality, and risk mitigation;
  • Structure and drive RFP and competitive bidding processes, supporting stakeholders across different functions with best practices in Procurement.;
  • Develop category strategies in partnership with the Procurement Manager, helping to structure and mature the Procurement function within the company;
  • Support process improvement initiatives such as spend analysis, supplier performance management, and system optimization (e.g., Business Central, Jira, Pipefy);
  • Strengthen stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to internal clients.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong Procurement and Strategic Sourcing experience, including managing sourcing projects and leading negotiations independently;
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to conduct negotiations, draft documents, and engage stakeholders confidently;
  • Higher Education on Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or related field;
  • Proven negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive commercial terms and manage supplier relationships effectively;
  • Cross-category sourcing experience, preferably having negotiated in HR, Marketing, Events, and Corporate areas;
  • Hands-on attitude, high ownership, and accountability must be able to manage operational tasks while contributing to strategic initiatives.
