Job Description

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and reporting on procurement activities, including supplier selection, evaluation, negotiation, and contract proposals. Major responsibilities include preparing procurement plans, planning material needs, reading and applying material specifications, preparing and distributing order requests, managing customs documentation, arranging transportation, handling internal and external orders, monitoring order execution, communicating with suppliers regarding delivery terms, maintaining corporate identity, managing databases, and preparing reports on materials and products, and following stock inventory. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.
Must have:
  • Mechanical engineer, Bachelor of economics or MBA degree
  • Macedonian language proficiency is a must
  • High proficiency in written and verbal English

  • Учествува во изработка на планови за порачки
  • Ги планира потребите од материјали и куповни производи, согласно конструктивна и технолошка документација
  • Чита и применува составници, планира материјали
  • Изготвува барања за порачки, за потребите на транспортните, шпедитерските и царинските служби
  • Изготвува или учествува во изготвување на царинска документација
  • По потреба обезбедува и организира транспорт на стоки за потребите на компанијата и купувачите
  • Прима интерни и екстерни порачки, ги дистрибуира до одделот од произвдоство поврзан со порачки
  • Ја следи реализацијата на порачката и известува за текот на работата
  • Во комуникацијата со добавувачите переговара за условите за испорака и се грижи за одржување на корпоративниот идентитет и имиџот на Компанијата
  • Одржува бази на податоци и изготвува анализи и извештаи за материјали и производи
  • Ја следи состојбата на залихите.

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инжинер, дипломиран економист или бизнис администрација или сродно високо образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност – мин. 2 години работно искуство.

Position Summary:

Plans, implements and reports on procurement activities, selection and evaluation of suppliers, negotiation and proposals for contracting.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the preparation of procurement plans;
  • Plans the needs of materials and purchasing products according to the constructive and technological documentation;
  • Reads and applies classmates, plans materials;
  • Prepares requests for orders for the needs of transport, freight forwarding and customs services;
  • Prepares or participates in the preparation of customs documentation;
  • Provides and arranges the transportation of goods for the needs of the company and customers as needed;
  • Receives internal and external orders, distributes them to procurement part of production;
  • Monitors order execution and reports on workflow;
  • Communicating with suppliers on terms of delivery, takes care of maintaining the corporate identity and image of the Company;
  • Maintains databases and prepares analyzes and reports on materials and products;
  • Following stock inventory.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer, Bachelor of economics, MBA or other related univeristy degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage – min. 2 years work experience.
