You'll be responsible for the vision and quality of the game, manage scheduling, resources, and approvals, ensuring successful launches. Experience in managing game development cycles and strong project management skills are essential.

Job Description: Responsible for maintaining the vision and quality of the game. Lead, motivate a team of 10+ people to produce an outstanding quality and super fun game Working closely with different internal functional roles to define parameters for success. Scheduling, internal resource management, approvals, asset delivery. Lead production from prototype to launch to ensure continued audience growth and success Work with Game Designers, Artists and Programmers to ensure the best game experiences Drive the implementation of new features that make the game more fun, profitable, viral and deliver them on time. Run team meetings, sprint and product reviews ensuring good communication and feedback at all times within the team. Ensure game builds and submissions are of the quality required. Communication interface for all project progress. Risk management. Job Requirements: 5 years’ work experience in full development cycle of video / mobile games Understand the game development cycle, processes and technical limitations. Passionate about games and the development of games. Possess ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment while maintaining quality and creativity. Excellent project management skills and intense attention to detail is a must. Has experience in leading, managing and motivating a diverse team. Self-motivated, with a desire to push for the highest quality at all times. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills both in English and Chinese to liaise with various internal stakeholders.
