ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a passionate Producer with strong communication and project management skills, and preferably with a videogames production background.

You'll play a key role in the planning and delivery of features for video games, coordinate with our development team and partner studios, and drive some of the most exciting AAA titles in the video game industry.

A sense of direction and follow-up skills are a must, as well as the ability to anticipate production issues and find effective solutions. If you enjoy seeing a project from inception to completion and want to work on high quality content on the latest platforms, this is the right opportunity for you. 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with department leads and the development team to define project requirements, resource needs, and establish task schedules.  
  • Set project goals and its milestones with a good understanding of the project scope and constraints.  
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure that project tasks are prioritized and completed according to established roadmaps.
  • Assist Directors and/or Leads with planning and tracking (Team needs and project objectives).
  • Collaborate with development teams to remove blockers during production.
  • Generate reports and documents needed to keep visibility on key aspects of the project.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assets and milestones and participate in review meetings.  

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role on the development of a video game, ideally on PC/Console.
  • A solid understanding of production management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile.
  • Good knowledge of tools and technologies involved in the production of video games.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and frequently with developers, artists and key stakeholders within the company or partner teams.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, project management and risk mitigation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, utilizing both oral and written communication.
  • Proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to support the team and project.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process.
  • Solid understanding of PC & console games.  
  • Experience with internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines.
  • Passion for video games and the industry.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Understanding of game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine. (Nice to have!)
