Job Description
thatgamecompany seeks a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Content Producer to join our team and help bring joy and happiness to millions through gaming. We are a growing company and currently work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables across various Sky projects, including seasonal and time-limited content, gameplay features, and other related initiatives.
- Work closely with discipline producers and leads to develop project roadmaps, manage scheduling and resources, and continuously improve team processes, frameworks, and pipelines, using tools such as Confluence and Jira.
- Foster sustainable development practices and enhance cross-functional communication to ensure optimal collaboration and project success.
- Promote and uphold the company's vision, unique culture, positive work environment, and growth.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in a Production role on a live game, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience with iterative product development and agile/scrum methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- A passion for creating and shipping innovative experiences to players, and a strong belief in thatgamecompany's vision.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as game design, project management, or business administration.
- Actively play Sky: Children of the Light
- Proven record of managerial, team leadership, or mentoring experience
