Voodoo seeks a seasoned Producer for its newly established internal studio in Paris, focusing on the RPG/midcore game, Cup Heroes. This role involves managing the game's production, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving its growth. Responsibilities include project planning and management, resource allocation, progress tracking, risk mitigation, overseeing QA, providing gameplay feedback, optimizing development workflows, and identifying/resolving bottlenecks. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated product expert with 5+ years' experience as a producer or product owner in the gaming industry, possessing strong agile methodology skills and a passion for creating successful games. Relocation support is available.

You will be an integral part of a newly established internal studio, a dynamic and focused team dedicated to elevating some of the most promising game concepts emerging from our innovative prototyping teams. This studio is specifically chartered to take high-potential prototypes and evolve them into successful, market-ready titles.
In this exciting role, your initial focus will be on Cup Heroes, a game that has already demonstrated significant promise and captured our attention with its compelling core mechanics and engaging gameplay. You'll have the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and refinement of Cup Heroes, leveraging its existing traction to build a truly exceptional player experience. This is a unique chance to join a project with established momentum while still having a significant impact on its future direction within a dedicated and agile studio environment
Role
We’re seeking a talented and seasoned Producer who is deeply passionate about RPG/midcore games and laser-focused on creating the next big hit. With extensive experience in the industry, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering fun to millions of players. As the driving force behind the game's success, you'll ensure the game reaches the highest standards of quality and innovation.
1. Project management & Planning:
- Define scope and create schedules
- Drive resource allocation in the studio
- Track progress and mitigate risks
- Champion the game vision
- Oversee QA for quality
- Provide feedback on gameplay and player experience
- Establish and refine development workflows
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks
