Producer (PC&Consoles)

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Working with developers on developing and implementing the product roadmap, milestone plan, and objectives;
• Ensuring milestones and deadlines are met;
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams including game designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers to ensure smooth workflow and communication between departments;
• Keeping track of the quality of the game and providing the development team with ideas and insights about possible improvements;
• Scheduling playtest sessions and implementing feedback;
• Providing clear updates on project status and potential risks to stakeholders;
• Monitoring project budgets;
• Streamlining day-to-day operations and refining workflow processes;
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in game development and project; management, integrating new insights into the ongoing development of our games.

A Successful Candidate Must Have:

• Experience in Production/Project Management within the gaming industry;
• Deep understanding of video games development processes;
• Strong project management capabilities encompassing budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Organizational prowess, attention to detail, and self-motivation;
• Knowledge of the video games industry in indie and AAA space;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and project management tools is a plus (Monday, Trello, Jira team management, etc.);
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

Salary: From 4000€/month (gross), based on experience and competence.
