We are currently seeking a Portfolio Product Coach to join a large-scale, dynamic organization in a key role. About the Opportunity:

As a Portfolio Product Coach, you will play a vital role in fostering a cohesive and integrated approach to product development across multiple teams. Your expertise will guide large, scaled teams while ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining the integrity of the end-state vision. This position requires a dynamic individual who can shift between macro and micro perspectives to drive collaboration and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and coach the Product Team to foster cohesive flow and effective dependency management.
• Communicate architectural needs and requirements to ensure alignment across teams.
• Ensure the integrity of the end-state vision by guiding teams to maintain focus on long-term goals.
• Collaborate closely with the Expedition Lead to ensure alignment with evolving goals.
• Translate technical and architectural details from teams to leadership accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence and high integrity in all interactions.
• Maintain strong communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Function autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally across teams.
• Adapt quickly to shifting demands and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Take ownership of outcomes and ensure commitments are fulfilled.

Qualifications:

        Skills & Capabilities:

• Strong ability to guide teams in managing dependencies and maintaining a cohesive flow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear articulation of needs and progress.
• Proven experience working with diverse teams and ensuring a consistent vision.
• High emotional intelligence for relationship-building and team management.
• Ability to work with agility in a rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving outcomes.

         Experience & Certifications:

• Extensive experience with Lean methodologies and Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Hands-on experience in Agile Portfolio Management.
• Familiarity with emerging coaching techniques and Agile practices (e.g., participation in conferences, user groups, speaking engagements, blogging, etc.).
• Proven track record in mentoring teams in Agile adoption, whether as an external coach, ScrumMaster, or Product Owner.
• Project management experience supporting technical implementation, development, and architectural needs.
• Strong, adaptable communication skills across multiple mediums and audiences.

         Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
