We are looking for a Product Design Analyst to join our Creative team and lead initiatives to enhance our testing process aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness. This is a golden role where you get to drive rapid releases with a pure focus on automating web, mobile and TV apps for our global products. You will conduct ongoing design QA (quality assurance) to uphold high-quality standards and ensure final product excellence, and partner with Developers and Product Managers to ensure design integrity and seamless implementation from concept to launch. You will form part of a Creative team of 20+. This team is one of many across Easygo and will see you join a workforce of 400+ passionate individuals, who are changing the game when it comes to the future of online entertainment. 

Your role with us:

Your mission should you choose to accept, will be to act as our Product Design Analyst and play a critical role in analysing and optimising our products Stake and KICK to ensure they meet the highest standards of user experience and interface design. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to identify design gaps, create user flows, and conduct detailed competitor analysis. Your keen attention to detail and passion for delivering flawless designs will ensure that our products not only meet user needs but also set new benchmarks in the industry.

What you will do: 

• Conduct detailed analysis of current products, identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and design gaps.
• Perform competitor analysis to understand market trends and uncover opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop clear, actionable user flows and collaborate with designers to translate them into intuitive designs.
• Partner with developers and product managers to ensure design integrity and seamless implementation from concept to launch.
• Conduct ongoing design QA (quality assurance) to uphold high-quality standards and ensure final product excellence.
• Provide feedback to designers and work together to iterate on designs for improvement.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of design insights, user flows, and QA findings.

What you will bring:

• Proven experience in product design analysis, user flows, and competitor analysis.
• Deep understanding of product design principles with a focus on user-centric solutions.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve even the smallest design mistakes.
• Ability to perform detailed design QA and work closely with development teams to ensure design quality is prioritised.
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, etc.).
• 3-5 years of experience in a product design or UX role is preferred.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
