About the Role
As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of a talented, dynamic, data-driven and highly analytical team that designs Southeast Asia’s biggest payment application, GoPay. You will craft user-centric products and services for the customer-facing interface that will impact the experience of ~25 million users. With extensive knowledge in Design Thinking and an interest in User Empathy you are expected to design solutions with combination of well defined flow, wireframes, information architecture, user journeys, storyboards, and delightful user interface. You will also be collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers at various instances of the project.

The Consumer Experience team within GoPay is responsible for designing and defining the users’ first experience with the product i.e. we design the homepage of GoPay❤️. We as a team focus on user engagement, growth, trust and safety of our users. One of our main goals is to engage users and convert first time users into loyal users by providing them an intuitive payment platform. The Consumer Experience team is also responsible for setting out the basic design guidelines for the other streams to follow.
