WeareseekingahighlyskilledandexperiencedProductDesigner.Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality productexperiencesthatmeetourcustomers'needsandexceedtheirexpectations. The Product Designer will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to define experience design.

Responsibilities

• Createexceptionaluserexperiencesacrossweb,mobile,andotherdigital platforms.
• Developandmaintaindesignstandardsandguidelinesthatensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers,andresearchers,todefineandprioritizeproductfeaturesand requirements.
• Conductuserresearchandtestingtounderstanduserneedsandvalidate design solutions.
• Createwireframes,prototypes,andhigh-fidelity experience designsthateffectively communicatedesignconceptsandsolutionstocross-functionalteams.
• Conductdesignreviewsandprovideconstructivefeedbacktoteammembers to ensure the highest quality of work.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product design and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
• Workcloselywithengineeringtoensuredesignsareimplementedas intended and collaborate on design-related technical challenges.
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithstakeholdersandevangelizetheimportanceof user-centered design throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s or master’sdegreein fine arts, productdesign,graphicdesign,orarelated field.
• Minimumof5yearsofexperienceinUX/productdesign,withaproventrack record of designing and delivering successful products.
• Strongportfoliothatdemonstratesyourdesignskills,process,and impact.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with design systems, component libraries, and design standards.
• Strongunderstandingofuser-centereddesignprinciples,designthinking,and human-computer interaction.

At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $85,650 - $142,750
