Job Description
The Product Designer at Azar plays a crucial role in innovating user experiences and driving business impact. They lead projects from conception to implementation, using creative and logical designs to shape the industry's future, with a focus on the global market. Responsibilities include designing and visualizing project screens, identifying and incorporating user experience improvements, designing UX flows, creating and managing design systems, and conducting QA and research. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with developers.
Must have:
- Over 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interest in social services.
- Ability to design user-centered experiences.
- Effective communication skills.
- Technical understanding to collaborate with developers.
- UX/UI design considering target markets and trends.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes.
Good to have:
- Experience designing UI/UX for products targeting overseas markets.

프로젝트 구상부터 구현까지 주도하며, 글로벌 시장을 겨냥한 창의적이고 논리적인 디자인으로 업계의 새로운 방향을 제시하는 역할을 담당합니다.
Responsibilities
- 사용자 경험과 비즈니스 임팩트를 고려하여 프로젝트 화면을 설계하고 시각화합니다.
- 사용자 관점에서 개선점을 찾아내고 이를 제품에 반영합니다.
- UX 플로우를 설계하고, 프로토타입을 통해 사용성과 비즈니스 효과를 검증합니다.
- 디자인 시스템을 제작하고 관리합니다.
- 앱/웹 디자인 QA 수행 및 리서치를 통해 얻은 인사이트를 조직 내에 공유합니다.
Requirements
- 4년 이상의 경험 혹은 이에 준하는 유관경력을 보유하신 분
- 소셜 서비스에 대한 높은 이해도 또는 관심
- 서비스 로드맵과 프로젝트 목표에 맞는 사용자 중심 경험 설계 역량
- 논리적 사고를 통한 효과적인 커뮤니케이션
- 개발자와 원활히 협업할 수 있는 기술적 이해
- 타겟 시장과 트렌드를 이해하고, 유사 레퍼런스를 활용한 창의적이고 논리적인 UX/UI 설계
- 인터랙션 가능한 프로토타입을 제작하여 효율적이고 신속한 사용성 검증
Preferred
- 해외 시장을 대상으로 한 제품 UI/UX 디자인 경험
- 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션
Hiring Process
- 고용 형태: 정규직
- 채용 절차: 서류전형 > 면접 > 최종합격

- 면접 안내: 면접은 총 1회 진행되며, 면접 도중 함께 논의를 통해 과제를 해결하는 working interview로 진행됩니다. Working interview에서는 Azar 프로덕트와 관련된 과제가 주어지며, 사전에 Azar 앱을 충분히 사용하시고 참석하시기를 권장 드립니다.
- 서류 전형의 경우 합격자에 한하여 개별 안내드릴 예정입니다.
