Job Description

Duolingo is seeking a Product Designer Intern to join their team for a 10-week internship. This internship will offer hands-on experience, mentorship from experienced designers, and a chance to contribute to real-world projects. Interns will work with a small group to complete challenging projects, develop technical skills through training and workshops, and gain insights into the design process at Duolingo. This is a great opportunity for aspiring designers to gain experience, build a network, and make a meaningful impact on the company's mission of making education accessible to everyone.

Must have:

Second-year undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field
Completion of at least two college-level design courses
Experience designing screens with Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, or Sketch
Portfolio showcasing one to two independently driven projects
Availability for a full-time 10-week internship from June to August starting on June 9, 2025

Work with a small group to complete a challenging, real-world project.

You have...

Second-year undergraduate student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related technical field graduating in May 2027 (or December 2026)
Completion of at least two college-level design courses (please upload your official or unofficial transcript).
Experience in designing screens with one of more the following software: Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, Sketch
Portfolio - should consist of one to two projects you’ve independently driven
Available for a full-time 10-week internship from June to August starting on June 9, 2025
