Team Introduction In alignment with the company's globalization strategy and vision, the Global Payments team offers a comprehensive Fintech platform for our customers. Our products encompass fundamental payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, risk management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later), insurance, and more. About UED We at global payment UED team is growing at a rapid pace, to drive our growth we’re actively seeking out the best talents to join us on this adventure to provide the best payment service experience for global customers. We are looking for a talented mobile app or web-based product designer. You will be given the opportunity to explore, conceptualize, communicate, collaborate, execute and improve the quality of the products. Responsibilities - Drive the innovation of design and the improvement of user experience across all payment products - Create high quality designs that are scalable for mobile and web-based products - Take ownership of design quality, consistency and improve the visual language and actively contribute to the design system - Engage stakeholders and cross-functional teams in customer centric design process and be highly involved in the entire product life-cycle from product planning, detail design to implementation

Minimum Qualifications - Strong foundation of design and basic design principles (typography, color, iconography, interaction patterns) - Proven experience in UI design, visual design (visual language, design system) preferably within the tech sector - Portfolio with prior work experience that demonstrates your ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions - Familiarity with localisation, internationalisation and accessibility - Having a keen eye on design trends and cutting edge technologies - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop or AI etc Preferred Qualifications - 5+ years of UX or UI product designing experiences in a Fintech/Payment industries - Bachelor’s degree (or higher) educational background ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
