LeoVegas Group seeks a Product Designer (UX/UI) to contribute to the launch of new products in emerging markets. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end design process for sports and igaming experiences, deeply understanding user needs and workflows, and improving current offerings. Must have:

ABOUT THE ROLE
LeoVegas is a subsidiary of the global entertainment company MGM Resorts International focused on creating some of the most innovative sports betting and igaming experiences in the world. We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team as we prepare to launch our products in new markets. You will work closely with your manager and other designers, product management and researchers in order to support strategic initiatives and enhance our current offerings.
If you are passionate about creating user-centered designs, making data driven decisions, implementing innovative features, and leading improvements for intuitive, and user-friendly solutions, then this is the role for you!
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Owning the end-to-end design process for sports and igaming experiences by deeply understanding user needs, current workflows and how they can be improved.
- Caring deeply about design principles and information architecture to make data and information more clear.
- Communicating design strategy and decisions with rationale to partners while keeping in mind the holistic experience.
- Working with cross-functional partners to balance polish and speed towards effective execution
- Ensuring we focus on the right things and be the backbone of our user engagement strategy
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Essential skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a UX/UI/Product designer
- Experience with design tools like Figma
- Ability to produce a great range of UX/UI concepts, as well as go deep to identify edge cases
- Love to discuss design in group settings, participate in design critiques and reviews, experienced in conducting workshops and co-creation sessions
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently run with a project without close supervision
Nice to have skills:
- Experience working in design systems and tooling
- Knowledge of sports betting and/or igaming industry
