Product Development Associate

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a Product Development Associate for a Childrenswear Company

You'll join the Product Development team and manage timelines, coordinate with vendors, and use your project management skills to oversee the entire product lifecycle (from design handoff through production).  The role is located in Fairfield, CT, and you are required to go onsite 2 days and 3 days remote (hybrid). 
 

Product Development Associate Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate and execute the product development lifecycle to  ensure key milestones on product calendar are adhered to
• Manage product development timelines specific to wholesale channels
• Proactively identify potential risks/challenges and provide effective solutions to keep development timelines on track

Product Development Requirements: 

• 5+ years of Product Development experience in the Childrenswear industry
• Experience managing Product Lifecycle from conception to production 
• Project Managment background where you have managed tight deadlines
