This is a technical position within SIG Wireless Communication Solutions Wireless Test Engineering Team (WTE). We are looking for motivated, passionate, and experienced Product Development Engineer to work on developing ATE test program, IPs test Content and hardware for RF Mix Signal Wireless Products. Conducting silicon debug, characterization, and qualification at NPI stage. Driving for optimum solution for test efficiency, quality and cost. Enable product ramp for high volume manufacturing and sustaining product performance and High Volume Manufacturing HVM Primary responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to 1) Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of IP module and test program 2) Evaluation, development, and debug of complex test methods 3) Analysis and evaluate component specs vs performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability. 4) Continuous efficiency improvement through AI/ML and automation
Qualifications:
Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying suitable candidates. Bachelors/ Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics or Computer Engineering. Good programming skill in C++ or Java Radio technologies Cellular, WiFi/BT, RF testing methods and RF instruments as well as Automated Test Equipment ATE will be added advantage. High volume manufacturing experience with RF testing on V93K ATE. Good communication and leadership skills. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level, projects, research, and relevant previous job experience. Soft Skills i) A self-starter willing to take calculated risks and define the path forward to understand user needs. ii) Demonstrated strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills iii) Excellent written/verbal English communication and presentation skills. iv) Willing to be part of a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities. Minimum Qualifications: i) 6 years of experience in a product engineering role supporting product development using leading edge semiconductor technology. i) 3 years of expertise in new product introduction supporting bring up, characterization, and debug of new parts. ii) 4 years managing a high performance product engineering team. iii) Excellent English communication, verbal and written, augmented with strong presentation skills iv) Project and Transition Change Management experience. v) Self-motivated and autonomous, able to prioritize and focus on critical tasks with a dedication to quality vi) Great connecting, partnering and business development skillsets, ability to pull together the right people and partner with the right teams to land engagements and get results
