WildBrain CPLG is looking for a Product Development Co-ordinator intern to join our Product Development team! Reporting to the Product Development Lead, APAC. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and a process-driven approach. The candidate should have great organizational and communication skills. Due to the work requirements, this role requires someone who is proficient in traditional Chinese writing. The intern will be responsible for updating APAC Licensee's lists, working with the Regional Lead to ensure Monday.com is kept up to date, creating the licensee's licence item list, assisting in verifying product concept, supporting Licensee queries regarding product submissions, translating Licensor feedback for Taiwan Licensees, managing the completion of Final Samples, and following up on submission status and inquiries.

About the Role 

WildBrain CPLG is looking for a Product Development Co-ordinator intern to join our Product Development team! 

Reporting to the Product Development Lead, APAC.  The role requires high level of attention to detail and a process driven approach. The candidate should have great organisational and communication skills. 

Due to the work requirements, this role require someone who is proficient in traditional Chinese writing. 

Job Description

  • Update the APAC Licensee's lists for all regions except South Korea to ensure the art approval contact details are up to date.
  • Work with the Regional Lead to ensure Monday.com is kept up to date according to process & requirements.
  • Create the licensee’s licence item list in accordance with the contract and product rights.
  • Assist in verifying whether the submitted product concept is included in the contract agreement.

Product Development Liaison

  • Supportive role to action Licensee queries regarding Product Submissions.
  • Where necessary, translate Licensor feedback for Taiwan Licensee in the local language via email.
  • Act as a liaison with Licensees to manage the completion of Final Samples. which includes checking, recording and organize the received final sample from Licensees. Follow up with the submission status & inquiry. Translate the feedback to the Taiwan Licensee in the local language if needed via email.

Qualifications

  • Good attention to detail.
  • Proficient in traditional Chinese writing
  • Microsoft packages.
  • Proactive & self-motivated.
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Not Essential).
  • A desire to show initiative and demonstrate a solution driven thought process.
  • A problem-solver!
