We’re seeking a Product Director to lead the development, evolution, and scale of our Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM)—a strategic framework that helps enterprises benchmark, assess, and improve their data resilience posture.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic product ownership, technical program execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will drive the DRMM roadmap, define and deliver supporting tools and assessments, and ensure our internal and external stakeholders—from Services to Sales to Partners—can operationalize the framework at scale.

Ideal candidates are fluent in both product strategy and the technical and data mechanics of enterprise assessments. You’ll need to deeply understand how frameworks like DRMM are implemented—from the logic behind scoring models to the flow of survey data into dashboards—and ensure smooth execution as we scale across thousands of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the DRMM as a strategic product: Shape the framework roadmap, evolve its structure, and define long-term success metrics.
  • Integration with Sales and Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Collaborate with Sales, GTM, and Enablement teams to embed the DRMM into sales motions and field activities, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • KPI Development and Performance Measurement: Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that demonstrate the DRMM's effectiveness in areas such as pipeline generation, deal progression, adoption rates, and customer outcomes.
  • Sales Enablement and Training: Develop comprehensive training programs, playbooks, and collateral to empower field and partner teams in leveraging the DRMM during customer engagements.
  • Establishing a Continuous Feedback Loop: Implement mechanisms to gather feedback from field teams and customers, using this information to refine the DRMM and associated sales plays.
  • Operationalizing at Scale: Ensure that assessments are conducted in a reliable, repeatable, and measurable manner, supporting scalability and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, or program leadership in enterprise tech or cybersecurity.
  • Experience owning or building maturity models, assessment frameworks, or benchmarking tools.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic programs that directly enhance sales value and drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs, balancing strategic vision with deep attention to execution details.
  • Data- and process-oriented: You’re comfortable working with research, analytics, and technical partners to shape frameworks and tooling.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical stakeholders—from internal execs to customer CISOs.
