About the team Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy optimization of Big Language Model, responsible for data quality and model effect, and working with multiple teams such as evaluation and R & D to improve model effect Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for technological trends and cutting-edge progress, and assist in judging future development trends 2. According to market demand and technological trends, formulate product work directions and development goals at each stage, and look for PMF. 3. Methodology of strategic products, understanding user request, case-driven, problem-driven, able to break down problems into causes and develop reasonable optimization plans 4. Responsible for daily product quality-related data monitoring and data analysis, with good data analysis capabilities

Job requirements 1. Strong analytical and communication skills, good at discovering valuable product improvement suggestions from evaluation data, and able to promote implementation. 2. Interested in the field of Big Language Models, willing to actively explore the direction /AIGC Big Language Models; 3. Possess strong logical thinking, innovative spirit, and strong project management skills. 4. Have a technical background in the field of Language Models, a background in Data Analysis, or more than 2 years of work experience in search and strategy related products.
