The Product Lead will define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the gaming portfolio. Responsibilities include leading and managing a team of product managers, analysts, and designers; collaborating with cross-functional teams (development, art, design, marketing, user acquisition); defining and tracking KPIs; conducting market research and user research; developing product documentation; managing the product lifecycle; ensuring timely delivery of milestones; defining and prioritizing game features and monetization strategies; developing live operations strategies; overseeing game economies; and ensuring high quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of game design principles, monetization strategies, and player psychology, along with experience in data-driven decision-making and agile development processes.
