We are looking for a Product Leader to lead our Enterprise Automation product portfolio execution efforts. You will manage a team of global Product Owners focused on translating business strategy into deliverable outcomes at high velocity and deep quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of Product Owners, creating a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Partner closely with Program Management and Engineering to drive operational efficiency, release velocity, and delivery quality.

• Ensure product execution aligns with the overall product and business strategy.

• Foster a "ship fast, ship right" mindset across the product organization.

• Collaborate with senior Product Managers who drive strategic planning and business roadmaps, influencing product and business direction.

• Help shape the evolution of a critical business in the era of enterprise automation and digital transformation.
   

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise software, automation, or related software categories.

• 15+ years of experience building and managing enterprise software solutions.

• Proven experience managing teams or mentoring cross-functional groups spanning multiple geographies.

• Strong collaboration skills with global engineering and program management organizations.

• Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is a strong plus.

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution skills.

• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, and outcome-driven environment.
