Drive the product strategy and execution for internal tools to enhance efficiency and system clarity

Synthesize complex information and strategic requirements, write clear requirements, and communicate effectively to technical and non-technical business partners
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, and be accountable for ongoing success criteria and metrics

Proven experience of 3 years as a Product Manager in the B2B segment.
Strong problem solver that can translate high-level goals into practical plans
Expertise in platform integrations and internal tooling optimization

You demonstrate a strategic and practical mindset in developing an internal tools strategy that drives short-term and long-term goals
Exceptional analytical skills where you can quantify both qualitative/quantitative data to make product and strategic decisions
Strong product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a user centric mindset
Self starter that can deliver results with limited supervision and thrives in a fast paced environment
