Your Role
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand the needs, preferences, and challenges of our target market (video game). This includes studying competitors, market trends, and gathering feedback from clients and prospects.
- Strategic Planning: Develop a strategic plan that addresses how our products will meet client needs, focusing on innovative solutions. Continuously refine this plan based on client feedback and market shifts.
- Product Roadmap: Craft and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our quarterly group goals, detailing key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success and identify improvement areas. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to keep them updated and involved.
- Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with the CEO to prioritize product features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility using agile methodologies.
- Agile Management: Oversee the product backlog and manage development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with the engineering team, coordinate with the Machine Translation (MT) Manager, engage in sales strategies, client follow-ups, and demo sessions.
- Client Support: Assist clients during onboarding, provide product education, and troubleshoot issues to gain insights for product enhancements.
- Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously adapt and refine the product strategy.
