Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager at Highradius, you will take ownership of a core module, impacting all product customers. Responsibilities include analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities, designing solutions with the Engineering team, publishing performance reports, enhancing the product for new markets, researching industry trends, and contributing to the product roadmap. This role requires a strong understanding of technical concepts, analytical skills, and excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills to manage and develop product management talent.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in the payments domain.
- Excellent critical thinking and Analytical skills.
Job Summary
Highradius, a Unicorn and a Forbes Cloud 100 SaaS Fintech company is looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager who will be responsible for managing a core module of one of our products, which will directly impact all customers of the product.
Responsibilities
- End to end ownership of a key module of one of our products.
- Identify opportunity areas to improve the performance of the existing product by analysing a large data set.
- Prioritise opportunities, develop solution design and work with Engineering team to get it built into the product.
- Publish annual benchmarking reports for performance of the product.
- Enhance the product to tailor to the needs of new geographies and markets.
- Publish reports on industry trends and competition analysis.
- Contribute to the product roadmap and strategy.
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech holder; MBA or equivalent degree is optional.
- 3+ years of Product Managment work experience
- 3+ years od exp in payments domain
- Demonstrated high performance in professional career
- Significant and demonstrable industry experience in managing product management teams
- Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
- Excellent critical thinking and Analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrable project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and talent management skills, including the ability to identify and develop product management talent.
